About me and my therapy practice
I’m a counselling psychotherapist offering online therapy for adults across the UK. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
My work is relational and collaborative. I aim to support you in understanding what’s affecting you, making sense of patterns and change in your life, and finding ways to move forward that feel manageable and meaningful.
People often come to me when they’re feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or stuck in situations that feel difficult to navigate. Together, we explore what matters to you and what may help you regain balance and clarity.
I offer online counselling sessions, which allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space anywhere in the UK. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, and my approach is always guided by warmth, openness, and respect for where you are in your journey.
I also provide self-help tools to support reflection and emotional awareness between sessions.
Practice description
I work with adults experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and feeling stuck or uncertain about the future.
My online counselling practice provides a safe and supportive space to explore these issues, gain insight, and develop strategies to manage emotions and improve wellbeing. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, allowing you to work at your own pace in a confidential, professional, and compassionate environment.
My first session
Your first session is an opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy and to begin understanding your current experiences. We focus on what matters most to you, looking at your thoughts, feelings, and life circumstances in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space.
There is no formal assessment unless it is useful for your situation. For clients who are experiencing anxiety or low mood, I may ask you to complete a brief questionnaire. These help us understand your symptoms and track progress, but they are just one part of our conversation.
The session is collaborative and at your pace and I would encourage you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. By the end, we can discuss the goals you want to work towards and how future sessions might support you in moving forward.
