About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, working online and in Kingston KT2. I work relationally, offering a safe, confidential environment in which you can openly explore whatever may be on your mind, in your own time – whether it be a specific problem or general stuckness.
I work with a wide range of problems and specialise in working with regulation of emotions such as anger and anxiety, and have worked with many clients who have experienced childhood trauma.
I tend to work as holistically as possible – taking into consideration my clients’ mind, body, culture, race, spiritual beliefs, age, physical ability, and whatever else may feel important.
Where relevant, both short and long-term counselling may look at your relational patterns, habits and beliefs that may be contributing to your reason for seeking counselling.
Some people can find it difficult to approach a therapist for help. Recognising and respecting this, I will try to make this process as comfortable for you as I can.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists working with adult clients.
Applying Hawkins and Shohet’s seven-eyed model of supervision, I work integratively and relationally, aiming to provide a collaborative and creative space to support you with your clinical work and professional development.
I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework, providing long or short term work, in person or online, for individuals or groups, at a mutually agreed frequency.
In our initial session, we can explore your requirements, modality, level of experience, and availability.
I have an MA Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, am a member of the BACP and UKCP and have trained counselling students in Higher Education for the last 9 years, on courses accredited by BACP and CPCAB.
