About me and my therapy practice
You may find yourself stuck in your head, constantly overthinking, feeling anxious, or quietly carrying the weight of loss or past experiences. On the outside you get on with daily life, but inside you may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or not quite yourself.
I'm an accredited psychotherapist based in Nottingham, offering integrated skills from counselling, CBT, EMDR and trauma-informed therapy. I specialise in supporting women who struggle with anxiety, stress, loss and unresolved trauma. Whether you are navigating burnout, a life change, or old patterns that keep holding you back, therapy can help you feel calmer, more in control, and more connected to who you are.

Practice description
In our sessions, you’ll have a confidential space to be heard without judgement. Together we’ll explore what’s happening in both your mind and body, so you can understand your triggers, reduce stress, and build the confidence and resilience you’ve been craving. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with practical mind–body tools such as breathwork and nervous system education, giving you strategies you can use beyond the therapy room.
Alongside professional training at the University of Nottingham and the University of Oxford,
I bring lived experience of anxiety and PTSD. This combination of expertise and empathy means I can meet you where you are and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.
