Counsellor since 2003. Initial Telephone Consultation free. Early Evening Appointments Available (Monday-Thursday until 6:30pm). BABCP accredited CBT therapist. Home visits available in certain circumstances. Video-based therapy available. Fee payable via online transfer on session day.

My first session

I offer a FREE brief consultation by phone or video-link lasting around 20 minutes. The purpose of this brief consultation is for us to find out about each other in order that we may decide whether we are a good fit for therapeutic working relationship.
