About me and my therapy practice
I’m a UK-based BACP & NCPS Accredited integrative psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience working across private practice, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), organisational wellbeing, and complex therapeutic work.
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, trauma, stress and burnout, identity and self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, workplace pressures, and life transitions. Alongside private practice, I also deliver wellbeing and psychoeducational training internationally and have worked within clinical leadership roles across national and global services.
My approach is integrative, relational, and psychologically informed, drawing from psychodynamic, humanistic, relational, and solution-focused approaches depending on your individual needs. My work is also informed by ongoing specialist training in areas including EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), DBT-informed approaches, Compassion Focused Therapy, Gottman-informed couples work, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Single Session Therapy approaches.
I offer both shorter-term focused work and longer-term exploratory therapy depending on what feels most appropriate and helpful for you.
Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, straightforward, and able to bring clarity to situations that feel emotionally confusing, overwhelming, or stuck. I aim to provide a collaborative and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, supported, and gently challenged in ways that support meaningful change.
It starts with your story...
Practice description
I offer flexible remote therapy sessions for adults across the UK and internationally via video or telephone sessions. My practice is designed to support people from a wide range of backgrounds, circumstances, and locations, including those balancing demanding work, international lifestyles, or complex personal situations.
Therapy is tailored to the individual rather than following a rigid or one-size-fits-all model. Some clients seek focused shorter-term support around a specific issue, while others wish to engage in deeper longer-term therapeutic work exploring patterns, relationships, emotional difficulties, identity, trauma, or life transitions.
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and psychologically informed. I aim to provide a reflective and non-judgemental space where difficult experiences can be explored safely and at a manageable pace, while also supporting greater clarity, insight, emotional understanding, and meaningful change over time.
I work with a broad range of presentations including anxiety, stress and burnout, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship and attachment issues, identity concerns, workplace pressures, self-esteem difficulties, and complex relational experiences.
Sessions are conducted remotely using platforms, with flexibility around different schedules and time zones where possible.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and explore whether we are a good fit for working together. During this call, I will ask some initial assessment questions to gain a better understanding of your concerns and what you are looking for in therapy.
If we decide to proceed, I will ask you to complete some brief information via email forms before beginning our work together. This ensures our sessions are structured to meet your needs from the outset.
