About me and my therapy practice

The foundations of way I work is person centred. I explore with my clients the history of experiences from early childhood upwards to enable clients to understand how their ealrlier experiences shape current understanding of who they are and how this impacts current thoughts and behaviors. Understanding these links enables positive change.

My overall approach is Person centred, Humanistic, CBT strategy based and I specialise in Narcisistic Abuse in children and adults.

Practice description

I have a room that I use for counselling. There is a waiting room available for clients to wait in.

My first session

Our first session will be exploring what brings you to counselling and how therapy can support you to make the changes you are looking for. This is where we get to know each other and ask as many questions as you like!
