A waiting list is currently in place for individual psychotherapy.
I continue to welcome enquiries for one-off 90-minute Focused Therapeutic Consultations, clinical supervision and therapeutic workshops.
I am currently giving greater priority to reflective workshops and group experiences, particularly those incorporating therapeutic writing, storytelling and compassionate reflection as pathways towards understanding ourselves, reworking experiences of trauma, lightening what we carry, and cultivating greater self-awareness, healing and personal growth.
Please feel free to contact me to discuss your needs, enquire about upcoming workshops or join the waiting list for individual psychotherapy.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist with over 39 years' experience, Clinical Supervisor, Therapeutic Coach and Author of the Back to Love Trilogy.
My work is grounded in INNERLIFE® — a developing philosophy and framework that places our relationship with ourselves at the heart of healing, self-understanding and personal transformation.
I support adults experiencing childhood trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), anxiety, depression, addictions, workplace trauma, identity concerns and other emotional and psychological challenges.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed and social-justice informed, recognising how our personal histories, relationships, cultural experiences and wider social conditions shape our inner lives.
I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental therapeutic space where you can explore your experiences, recognise patterns, reconnect with your authentic self and develop more life-affirming ways of being, relating and flourishing.
My Sister's Keeper™ — Reflective Workshops for Black Women
I also facilitate My Sister's Keeper™, a reflective space for Black women to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves.
Through therapeutic reflection, compassionate writing, storytelling and meaningful conversation, these workshops explore the personal, historical and societal experiences that shape our relationship with ourselves.
The workshops support a journey towards healing, wholeness and flourishing, creating room for self-understanding, renewed possibility and personal growth.
Reflective writing and creative approaches can also be incorporated into individual therapy where appropriate.
INNERLIFE® — From Wound to Wonder. From the INNERLIFE® out.
Practice description
My therapeutic approach is grounded in self-transformation and the understanding that our relationship with ourselves shapes how we experience life, relate to others and navigate the world.
At the heart of my practice is INNERLIFE® — a developing philosophy and framework inviting us to explore our inner world with curiosity, compassion and an understanding of how we have become who we are.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and supported to explore your experiences at your own pace.
Many difficulties we encounter in adulthood have roots in childhood experiences, family relationships, cultural conditioning and the wider social world.
Together, we explore what has shaped you, what you may still be carrying, and how earlier experiences influence your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and relationships.
Our work is not only about understanding what happened to you, but also discovering who you are beyond those experiences.
I support you to develop self-awareness, emotional resilience, self-compassion and more life-affirming ways of being, loving and coping.
My practice is trauma-informed and social-justice informed, recognising systemic, racial and intergenerational trauma, particularly for Black people and marginalised communities.
Alongside ongoing psychotherapy, I offer one-off 90-minute Focused Therapeutic Consultations (£135) for those wishing to explore a particular difficulty without committing to weekly sessions. Together, we seek clarity and identify possible strategies and ways forward. Further one-off consultations can be arranged if desired.
Ultimately, my work is about creating room for healing, wholeness and flourishing — supporting you to return to yourself with greater clarity, choice and possibility.
INNERLIFE® — From Wound to Wonder.

What to Expect in Your First Session
I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation, giving us an opportunity to briefly discuss what has brought you to therapy, answer any questions and consider whether working together feels right for you.
Your first full therapy session lasts 50 minutes and costs £75.
During this session, you will be invited to share what feels most difficult or may be weighing heavily on you at this time, at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.
Together, we will begin to explore your experiences, consider what you hope to gain from therapy and identify what you might wish to work towards.
This session also gives you the opportunity to learn more about my therapeutic approach and consider whether I am the right therapist for you.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Therapeutic Coach and Author, with over 39 years of clinical experience.
Since 1994, I have provided clinical supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists working across different theoretical orientations and professional settings, including the NHS, universities, education, the voluntary sector and private practice.
I offer both individual and group clinical supervision, creating reflective spaces that support professional development, shared learning and the exploration of clinical practice.
My supervisory approach is integrative, intuitive and relational, grounded in the understanding that our relationship with ourselves influences how we experience, understand and respond to others, including those we support therapeutically.
I work at relational depth, offering a psychologically safe, compassionate and reflective space where practitioners can explore their clinical experiences, professional challenges, ethical considerations and personal responses to their work.
My approach is trauma-informed and social-justice informed, recognising how personal histories, cultural experiences and wider societal influences shape both the therapeutic and supervisory relationship.
I view supervision as more than a professional requirement. It is an opportunity for continued learning, self-understanding and transformation, supporting practitioners to deepen their clinical insight, strengthen their professional confidence and exercise sound clinical judgement.
I welcome practitioners from diverse backgrounds and theoretical orientations, including those working with Black and marginalised communities.
All supervision sessions are currently delivered online or by telephone.

I also offer guidance and signpost relevant resources where appropriate, supporting your ongoing professional development.
All supervision sessions are currently delivered online.
