About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist with over 15 years’ experience.
I work with adults who may be living through something painful or overwhelming, struggling with relationships, loss or transition, or finding themselves caught in patterns that seem to repeat. I also work with people who are functioning well but sense that something remains unresolved, or simply want to understand themselves more deeply.
My way of working is active and relational. I listen carefully, but I won’t always remain silent. I may offer an observation, make connections, think aloud with you or gently question something that seems important.
Practice description
I am interested not only in the story you tell about your life, but in what may be happening beneath or alongside it — recurring patterns, feelings that are difficult to name, contradictions and unexpected responses.
Alongside psychological understanding, I bring an intuitive and transpersonal dimension to my work. This means remaining open to aspects of ourselves that cannot always be easily explained or reduced to symptoms, including questions of meaning, identity, creativity and who we may be becoming.
Therapy can involve difficult experiences, but it can also bring humour, surprise and moments of real recognition.
My first session
Our first conversation is an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy, ask any questions you may have and get a sense of whether working together feels right.
You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong or what you want from therapy. We can begin with whatever feels most important to you and take it from there.

Availability
I currently have some availability for new supervisees, both in person in Clapton Common, London, and online.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer individual supervision to qualified and trainee therapists. My approach is relational and integrative, and I see supervision as a space for curiosity, reflection and honest thinking.
I have experience working as a training supervisor and currently supervise groups of students on the Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling at the Psychosynthesis Trust’s low-cost counselling service.
Alongside thinking about the client and the therapeutic work, I am interested in what may be happening within the therapeutic relationship, what the work evokes in the therapist, and the wider contexts in which we practise.
Practice description
I value supervision as somewhere uncertainty can be explored rather than something we need to resolve too quickly.
My approach is collaborative and engaged. We can think together about clinical work, relational dynamics, ethical questions and the therapist’s own responses to the work. I am interested in making space for complexity rather than arriving too quickly at a single explanation.
I supervise both qualified therapists and therapists in training, including students working within counselling placements.
My first session
Our first conversation is an opportunity to talk about your current practice, what you are looking for from supervision and a bit more about how I work.
Supervision is a relationship as well as a professional requirement, so it matters that the fit feels right. We can use the first meeting to get a sense of whether we would work well together and discuss any practical or training requirements.
