Are you exhausted by the rollercoaster of your own emotions - overwhelmed, running on empty and wondering if this is just what life feels like? Whether it's the impact of a difficult childhood, the exhaustion of masking your way through life as a neurodivergent adult or relationships that keep playing out the same painful patterns, I understand the shame and bone-tiredness that comes with never quite feeling good enough.
I specialise in working with late-identified AuDHD adults, people healing from childhood trauma and CPTSD and adult children of emotionally immature or unavailable parents. These things often come together - and if you've spent your life feeling slightly out of step, like you're too much for some people and not enough for others, there's usually a reason for that. We can find it.
As a therapist, my core values are compassion, integrity and courage. I know that real healing means getting down in the dirt, feeling the emotions you're afraid of, saying the words you're scared to say. And I do that with you. I'm not here to make you feel better with meaningless platitudes. I'm here to help you change your life.
I'm a humanistic integrative psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner with a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, validated by Coventry University. I have additional training in attachment, relational trauma, CPTSD, dissociation, polyvagal theory, internal family systems, and EMDR. I'm neurodivergent myself and I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
I am an Accredited Member of BACP and offer weekly individual therapy sessions online via Zoom, open to anyone in the UK.

About me and my therapy practice
I've been working with clients since 2014 and offering supervision since 2019. I know what it's like to build a private practice from scratch: the slow start, the imposter syndrome, the ethical dilemmas you couldn't have anticipated, and the particular challenge of doing deep relational work sustainably.
My approach to supervision is humanistic and integrative - person-centred, Gestalt and TA at the foundation, with psychodynamic, attachment, trauma and shame theory woven through. I work from a relational-developmental perspective, which means I'm as interested in what's happening between us in the room as I am in what's happening between you and your client.
I have a particular interest in supervisee shame - the stuff that's hard to bring, the cases you're not sure how to talk about, the moments where you wonder if you got it wrong. That's often where the most important work happens, and I try to create a space where it's genuinely possible to bring it.
I also love working with therapists who are building or growing their practices - thinking about sustainability, caseload, boundaries, and how to do this work long-term without burning out.
I specialise in childhood emotional neglect, shame, complex trauma, estrangement, and neurodivergence. I am neurodivergent myself, LGBTQIA+ affirming and a trans ally.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am an Accredited Member of BACP (member number 236989). I offer individual supervision weekly, fortnightly or monthly and all sessions online via Zoom.

My current fee for supervision is £80 per hour or £120 for 90 minutes.
