About me and my therapy practice

Hello,

Many of the adults I work with appear to be managing well in their lives, yet feel internally overwhelmed, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted. They may struggle with anxiety, low mood or have a sense of feeling stuck, without being able to pinpoint why.

I offer person-centred counselling, providing time and space to slow things down and explore what is happening beneath the surface. Our work is led by your experiences and paced in a way that feels safe and manageable, supporting greater clarity, self-understanding and confidence over time.

You do not need to be in crisis or have clear answers to begin counselling.

I work face to face in Ealing W5/W7 as well as in Richmond, TW9

I offer a free initial call to discuss whether counselling with me feels right for you.

Practice description

I believe that we all have the capacity and the wisdom to resolve our difficulties and to improve our lives.

Unfortunately, sometimes this ability to know what is right for us can become blocked when we are in distress and have negative life experiences.  With the right support you are able to discover new resources and find your own answers.

My first session

I treat the first session as an assessment so that I can find out more about you and what you are bringing, the problems you are dealing with and what your hopes and goals are for our session(s).

More importantly, this gives you the chance to meet me and see if you feel that I am the right person for you and also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.

After this you can then decide if you wish to commit to some sessions with me and we take it from there.
