About me and my therapy practice
A very warm welcome.
My name is Claire, an experienced, qualified accredited counsellor working with adults, children and young people for over 23 years. I provide a Counselling Service in private practice and education.
Since 2001, I have worked in various primary and secondary schools in Crawley as School Counsellor. I currently work at a secondary school in Crawley and have been employed there since 2007.
Counselling is a supportive provision to help you work through and navigate personal difficulties and life challenges. Life is not always easy and at times throws challenges our way that can be hard to deal with.
I am warm and caring, providing a quiet, safe and confidential space where we can explore your thoughts and feelings to help find comfort, peace and hope. I will support you with compassion, empathy and without judgement, to gain insight and a better understanding of your experiences and behaviour. Together we can develop strategies for positive change.
