I am currently welcoming new clients and would be delighted to support you.

My working hours are Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

I offer a professional, compassionate, and confidential counselling space where you can feel heard and supported, and I look forward to connecting with you.

About me and my therapy practice

Welcome to my profile. I’m an integrative therapist offering counselling tailored to you — face-to-face, outdoor therapy, walk-and-talk, animal-assisted and equine-facilitated sessions.

Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step. Whether you’re feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of space to breathe, I offer a calm, confidential environment where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard.

Together we’ll explore ways of developing tools and strategies to improve your ability to cope and your day to day wellbeing.

I am friendly and down-to-earth, and I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, accepted, and comfortable being yourself — without judgement or pressure. I work collaboratively and at your pace. There is no expectation to share more than you’re ready to.

My practice is based in a peaceful, rustic field surrounded by nature. I offer a cosy indoor counselling room, as well as the option to work outdoors if that feels more natural or grounding. Some clients prefer sitting inside in a quiet space. Others find it easier to talk while walking gently in the field or sitting under the open sky. You are always in control of what feels right for you.

I also work alongside my therapy horses, dogs, and cats, who form a very special and gentle part of the therapeutic environment. There is never any pressure to interact with them — their involvement is entirely your choice.

At the heart of my work is creating a respectful, supportive space where you feel safe to explore whatever you bring.

Practice description

My practice offers a warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental space set in a calm rural environment away from everyday pressures. From your first session, the focus is on helping you feel comfortable, understood, and supported.

Together, we can explore anxiety and stress, past experiences, low mood or depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or the sense that something doesn’t feel quite right. Some clients come with a clear focus, while others simply know they need space to think — both are welcome.

Sessions are flexible and guided by your needs. You can choose indoor, outdoor, or animal-supported sessions. Animal-assisted therapy can be incredibly grounding. Animals offer a calming presence, unconditional acceptance, support with emotional regulation, and opportunities to build confidence and trust. Equine-assisted therapy in particular can support self-awareness, boundaries, and insight into relationship patterns, as horses respond honestly and without judgement.

You can expect complete confidentiality, a gentle pace, and a therapist who is genuine, compassionate, and easy to talk to.

If you’re curious about whether this way of working might suit you, I would be very happy to have an initial conversation. You are welcome here, exactly as you are.

My first session

The first session is a gentle introduction to therapy and an opportunity for us to meet in person. You’ll have the chance to see the setting, get a feel for the environment, and, if you would like, meet the animals who are part of the therapeutic space.

This session is focused on helping you feel comfortable and informed. You’re invited to share what has brought you to counselling at a pace that feels right for you — there is no expectation to go into everything in depth straight away. It’s simply a starting point.

I will explain how I work, the different options available (indoor, outdoor, or animal-supported sessions), and how we might approach working together. We can also begin thinking about what you would like to gain from therapy and any goals you may want to hold in mind, whether that’s managing anxiety, processing past experiences, improving relationships, or feeling more like yourself again.

There is no formal assessment process, and there is no pressure to commit beyond the first session. It is just as much an opportunity for you to decide whether this feels like the right space and the right therapist for you.

The aim is for you to leave feeling clearer about how we would work together and supported in taking the next step, if and when you feel ready.
