Hi, I’m Alan Bordeville.
My mission is to help driven, growth‑phase service business owners stop leading from anxiety... so they can become calm founders—even when things go wrong.
This grew out of a pattern I kept seeing with founders... hustle gets normalised until it starts costing health, relationships, and presence.
The biggest trap? Guilt when resting, which keeps you permanently “on.”
