I am a qualified, accredited counsellor working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, identity crisis, and loss of meaning in life. Woman empowerment and growth. Drawing upon my knowledge and experience I will share insights and perspectives that can contribute to your understanding and growth. I am committed to equipping you with valuable resources and practical tools that will empower you to live your life fully.

Main areas of work: sexual abuse, anxiety, depression; CPTSD, PTSD. I work online via telephone and video sessions. I offer therapy in English and Polish.
