About me and my therapy practice
Counselling
When life feels overwhelming, difficult or challenging, you don’t have to face it alone, deciding to start counselling can feel daunting, but you have already taken the first step so please get in touch.
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor with over 18 years’ experience and accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work with adults over the age of 18.
I offer a safe, confidential and supportive space where you can talk openly about your situation. Together, we can explore the thoughts, feelings and experiences that may be affecting you and work towards greater understanding, healing and positive change.
How I can help
I have worked with an extensive and diverse range of issues including:
· Anxiety, depression and low mood
· Trauma and abuse
· Bereavement and loss
· Relationship difficulties
· Work-related stress
· Life changes and challenges
I have worked across several settings, including the NHS and a counselling charity, and have developed particular interest and skills in supporting clients who have experienced trauma and abuse.
