About me and my therapy practice
When we feel stuck, frightened, alone, without hope it can be hard to know what to do for the best. That is where therapy can assist. I support my clients in facing difficulties, finding helpful ways of coping and identifying a suitable path ahead.
I am an experienced BACP accredited integrative psychotherapist, which means I can draw on a range of approaches including humanistic, person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT depending on what is most helpful to you.
I specialise in support with generalised anxiety, grief, sadness, hopelessness, regrets, life changing events and feeling stuck. I also provide cancer counselling support to people affected by cancer (incl family and friends), whatever the diagnosis or treatment. You can find out more about this area on my website KarinSieger.com, which is also home to my self help articles and podcasts.
Clients work with me short, medium or long-term as appropriate.
I am a recognised psychotherapy provider with AXA, AVIVA, Allianz, CIGNA and WPA.
You are welcome to book a free 20 minutes initial consultation online to tell me more about what you are seeking help with. Together we can then decide on next steps. I aim to respond to you within 24 hours. If you do not hear back from me and use hotmail or yahoo, then please also check your spam folder for a reply.
My standard (50 mins) session fee is £80 during my core consultation times on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 1200 - 1800 (UK). A fee of £90 applies at all other times, which may be available by agreement. I see a maximum of four clients a day.
My fee for an extended one-off (100 mins) consultation is £160 during my core consultation times and £180 outside of those.
