About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard, respected, and supported. With over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I have worked with people from many walks of life, and I deeply appreciate the courage it takes to reach out for help.
My aim is to create a calm and compassionate environment where you can talk openly and at your own pace. I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful therapy, and I tailor my approach to reflect your individual needs, experiences, and goals.
It is a genuine privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate change, healing, and personal growth. Supporting people through these journeys, and witnessing the positive changes they make in their lives, is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. I am committed to providing the highest standards of care, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Clients can expect consistently high standards of care, professionalism, and confidentiality. It is a privilege to support people through meaningful change, and I am committed to helping clients achieve greater wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth through effective, compassionate psychotherapy.

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your goals, and clarify how supervision works. We’ll cover roles, responsibilities, and confidentiality, and explore areas where you’d like support in your clinical practice. We’ll also agree on practical details, like session frequency and communication, and you’ll have the chance to ask any questions.
