About me and my therapy practice

I am an accredited psychotherapist specialising in EMDR for attachment‑related trauma, complex developmental histories, and high‑functioning adults. My background includes extensive work in residential addiction and trauma services, where I have supported clients through acute crisis, long‑term recovery, and deep therapeutic change.

I work particularly well with men who appear outwardly successful but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected internally. My approach integrates EMDR, somatic awareness, and trauma‑informed relational work to help clients resolve long‑standing patterns, improve emotional regulation, and build a more secure sense of self.

Alongside my clinical practice, I have held senior operational and leadership roles in specialist treatment settings, giving me a strong understanding of psychological risk, resilience, and the pressures faced by people in demanding careers.

I offer a grounded, collaborative, and evidence‑based therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences safely and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
