About me and my therapy practice

I’m an integrative psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience supporting individuals and couples through emotional, relational and psychosexual challenges. I’m a registered member of BACP and COSRT, and I specialise in relationship therapy, psychosexual therapy and compulsive sexual behaviours, alongside wider work with anxiety, low mood, self‑esteem and the impact of past experiences.

My approach is warm, steady and collaborative. I draw from systemic, psychodynamic and cognitive‑behavioural models, allowing me to tailor therapy to your needs rather than fitting you into a single method. I pay close attention to the emotional and relational patterns that shape your experiences, helping you understand not only what you’re struggling with, but why it may be happening and how you can move forward.

Clients often tell me they value the calm, non‑judgemental space I offer and the balance of compassion and professionalism in my style. Whether you come alone or with a partner, my aim is to help you feel safe enough to explore difficult feelings, talk openly about sensitive issues and develop greater clarity and confidence.

I work with adults of all backgrounds and identities, and my practice is inclusive and LGBTQ+‑affirming. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we move at a pace that feels manageable, grounded and respectful. My goal is to support you in understanding yourself more fully, improving your relationships and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Practice description

My practice offers a calm, confidential and professional space where you can explore what’s happening in your life with support and without judgement. I work online, providing accessible therapy to clients across Derbyshire and beyond. Whether you’re seeking help for relationship difficulties, sexual concerns, emotional distress or a general sense of feeling stuck, you will be met with warmth, clarity and professionalism.

When you get in touch, I offer a free 20‑minute introductory call so we can discuss what you’re looking for and see whether we feel like a good fit. If we decide to work together, sessions take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs. Therapy with me is collaborative: you bring your experiences, and I bring my clinical expertise and a steady, reflective presence.

In sessions, we may explore emotional patterns, communication, intimacy, past experiences, or the impact of stress and anxiety. For couples, I provide a structured space to slow down, understand each other more fully and rebuild connection. For psychosexual and compulsive sexual behaviour work, I offer specialist, sensitive support that helps you talk openly about concerns that may feel difficult to share elsewhere.

My practice is grounded in safety, respect and compassion. You can expect clear communication, ethical practice and a therapeutic relationship that supports you to grow, understand yourself and move forward with greater confidence. If you feel ready to begin, I would be glad to hear from you.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 20 years’ practice in individual, couples, psychosexual and compulsive sexual behaviour work. As a registered member of BACP and COSRT, I bring a depth of clinical knowledge, relational understanding and specialist training to my supervisory practice. I support therapists at all stages of their professional journey, from trainees to experienced practitioners seeking reflective, robust and ethically grounded supervision.

My supervisory approach is collaborative, steady and thoughtful. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, respected and able to explore your clinical work with openness and curiosity. I draw on systemic, psychodynamic and cognitive‑behavioural perspectives, alongside specialist frameworks from relationship and psychosexual therapy. This integrative stance allows us to consider the client, the therapeutic relationship, the wider context and your own professional development.

Supervisees often describe my style as calm, containing and clear. I offer a balance of reflection, challenge and encouragement, helping you deepen your clinical thinking while maintaining your own therapeutic identity. I pay close attention to ethical practice, relational dynamics, parallel process and the emotional impact of the work.

I welcome supervisees working with individuals, couples, sexual difficulties, CSB, anxiety, depression and relational patterns. My supervision is inclusive, LGBTQ+‑affirming and grounded in respect for your experience and autonomy as a practitioner. My aim is to support you in offering safe, ethical and effective therapy while continuing to grow with confidence and clarity in your clinical work.

Practice description

My supervision practice offers a supportive, reflective and professionally grounded space for therapists working with individuals, couples, psychosexual issues and compulsive sexual behaviours. I work online, providing accessible supervision to practitioners across the UK. My intention is to create a steady, thoughtful environment where you can explore your client work, develop your clinical thinking and feel supported in the emotional demands of the profession.

Supervision with me is collaborative and relational. I encourage open discussion of clinical material, therapeutic process, ethical considerations and the impact of the work on you as a practitioner. Together, we explore themes such as transference and countertransference, relational patterns, risk, boundaries, and the complexities that arise in psychosexual and relational therapy. I also support you in developing your confidence, professional identity and reflective capacity.

For therapists working with couples, sexual difficulties or CSB, I offer specialist supervision informed by extensive training and clinical experience in these areas. This includes support with assessment, treatment planning, managing shame‑based presentations, working with partners, and navigating the intersection of emotional, relational and sexual dynamics.

Sessions are typically monthly or fortnightly, depending on your needs and training requirements. I offer a free initial conversation so we can discuss your practice, your supervisory needs and whether we feel like a good fit.

My supervision practice is grounded in safety, clarity and ethical integrity. You can expect a supervisor who is steady, engaged and committed to supporting your growth as a practitioner. If you are looking for a reflective, knowledgeable and supportive supervisory relationship, I would be very happy to speak with you.
