I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor based in South-West London offering online sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
Life isn’t always straightforward, and sometimes it helps to have someone alongside you. I offer a kind, non-judgemental space where you can be truly listened to, explore your thoughts and feelings, and make sense of the challenges you’re facing. Together, we can notice unhelpful patterns, increase self-awareness, and find ways to move forward that feel right for you.
I take an integrative approach, adapting my work to suit your individual needs. I have experience supporting people across the arts, education, and private practice — including cast and crew on theatre productions and students in higher education. My focus is on building trusting, collaborative relationships that help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make positive change in your life.
Qualifications include:
Pearson BTEC Level 5 Diploma Therapeutic Integrative Counselling, RACC
Certificate in Relationship Counselling, Marriage Care
BA (Hons), Sociology, University of West of England, Bristol
Practice description
I provide one-to-one counselling and emotional support to people from all walks of life, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, loss, and relationship difficulties. I have experience working with young people, couples, and adults in both private practice and specialist settings, including higher education and charities.
I have also supported cast and crew on theatre productions, including touring shows with the National Theatre, focusing on welfare, wellbeing, and creating a safe space to be heard. My work combines counselling skills with practical guidance, offering a supportive, non-judgemental environment where people can reflect, gain clarity, and feel more in control of their lives.
My first session
I offer a short 10–15 minute chat to help you feel comfortable before booking your first session. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share what you’re hoping to work on, and explore whether we might be a good fit. My aim is to make the process as safe and supportive as possible from the start.
