About me and my therapy practice
I offer a down-to-earth approach to therapy, a space that’s free of judgment and encourages you to be and feel, all that you need to. I am what would be described as a person-centred therapist. For me, the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship between me and you, the client. Establishing rapport is a key component to how I work and I aim to create an environment where you can feel safe, understood and free to share the parts of yourself that others may not see.
Practice description
I offer a mobile counselling service where therapy takes place at a place that is familiar and convenient for you. This might be in your home, office or school.
I also offer online video sessions for those that prefer the convenience this way of working brings.
I am flexible in the way that I work, hoping to overcome any barriers that might get in the way of having the experience you deserve. I am culturally aware, and sensitively work with clients from various diverse backgrounds.
My first session
Our first session provides an opportunity for me to understand what is bringing you to therapy at this time. It gives us both the opportunity to decide whether I am the right therapist for you. I like to think of it as an assessment session for both of us.
I encourage you to use this time to ask any questions about how I work to determine whether we'd be a good fit.

About me and my therapy practice
As a supervisor, I aim to provide a safe space where supervisee's feel supported in their work, and empowered to reach their full potential as practitioners.
I adopt a collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to supervision, and believe in the importance of building strong, trusting relationships with my supervisee's. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can develop your clinical skills with gentle challenging and encouragement.
I acknowledge the importance of being culturally aware, and I work openly and confidently with diversity.
At my core, I am a person-centred practitioner. The core conditions provide the foundation to how I work, however I will, and can, draw on other modalities to suit your style of working. I hold a diploma in Trauma Therapy and encourage the importance of working with trauma in a relational way.
Practice description
I hold a diploma in Clinical Supervision and have over 10 years of experience working in the education sector. I have provided supervision to professionals working with young people in various schools, as well as those working with Children in Care. I understand the complexities and nuances of working within organisations and can offer supervision to individuals as well as groups.
I have experience of supervising trainee counsellors as well as more experienced practitioners with clients from various backgrounds.
My first session
Our first session will be a dual assessment of sorts. I encourage you to use our first meeting to decide on whether we'd be a good fit before committing to more long term work.
