About me and my therapy practice
I work in a way that is relational. For me, this means building trust, connection and mutual respect with everyone I have the pleasure of working with.
I aim to create a space where together we can make sense of what has happened, what is happening and what you would like to happen. I encourage self-acceptance, I gently challenge and will offer a different perspective to the one you currently have. The aim is to empower, understand and make sense of what drives you and why.
Practice description

I have an office based in Clapham Common where I have limted availability for face to face work.
I also offer home visits if this is convenient for us both. Get in touch to find out more about this service.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer a more down-to-earth approach to therapy. No jargon, just two people, talking, connecting and making sense of things. Life is complicated enough, and chances are, if you've found yourself looking for a therapist, you're hoping for things to become easier not more difficult. With me, there's no judgement, no pressure, just the expectation that you show up exactly as you are. And if you're not sure who that is, we can figure it out, together.
Practice description
I work in a way that is engaging, empowering and encouraging. I aim to create a space that feels safe by offering empathy, honesty and accepting you for all that you are.
For those who understand the jargon, I work integratively, my core being rooted in the Person-Centred way of working. I have experience of working with trainee counsellors, and welcome those looking to work with someone is culturally aware.

About me and my therapy practice
As a supervisor, I aim to provide a safe space where supervisee's feel supported in their work, and empowered to reach their full potential as a practitioner.
I adopt a collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to supervision, and believe in the importance of building strong, trusting relationships with my supervisee's. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can develop your clinical skills with gentle challenge and encouragement.
I acknowledge the importance of being culturally aware, and I work openly and confidently with diversity.
At my core, I am a person-centred practitioner. The core conditions provide the foundation to how I work, however I will, and can, draw on other modalities to suit your style of working. I hold a diploma in Trauma Therapy and encourage the importance of working with trauma in a relational way.
Practice description
I hold a diploma in Clinical Supervision and have over 10 years of experience working in the education sector. I have provided supervision to professionals working with young people in various schools, as well as those working with Children in Care. I understand the complexities and nuances of working within organisations and can offer supervision to individuals as well as groups.
I have experience of supervising trainee counsellors as well as more experienced practitioners with clients from various backgrounds.
My first session
Our first session will be a dual assessment of sorts. I encourage you to use our first meeting to decide on whether we'd be a good fit before committing to more long term work.
