About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and EMDR therapist. I have helped individuals with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief and loss.As an integrative practitioner, I draw on a range of models to support my work, which allows me to tailor therapy to individual needs. These include psychodynamic, attachment based, relational psychotherapy. I am also trained in EMDR. I offer trauma informed psychotherapy and sensorimotor, mindfulness and compassion focused therapies also inform my work.
The work can be short, medium or longer term depending on your needs. A brief initial 15-minute telephone conversation can be arranged free of charge before booking a chargeable session.
