About me and my therapy practice
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder, family issues, low self‑esteem, confidence concerns, loneliness, and addictions.My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard, fostering a trusting relationship that can facilitate personal growth and healing.
I believe that everyone has the potential for positive change, and I'm committed to helping you reach your goals. I provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself.

Sessions with me are collaborative and tailored to your needs. You’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and respect - never judgement. Together, we can explore the patterns, emotions, and relationships that shape your life, and work towards meaningful, sustainable change.

Sessions are available online or in person. I offer both one-to-one therapy, relationships and group support.
My first session
I offer an initial 20-minute informal call free of charge and without obligation.
All sessions are an hour and are charged at £75 for individuals and £80 for couples.
Sessions are available online or in my therapy room in Exeter. I also offer online coaching, group support and weekly accountability check-ins - ideal if you're looking for regular encouragement, structure, and connection as you move through personal change.

Available from Monday to Friday with flexible hours working in person from private therapy room in Exeter and also Online via Zoom or telephone.
Some evening appointments are available.
About me and my therapy practice
I work in a relational way to support supervisees in working with their clients, with encouragement to develop their professional practice. I believe in life-long learning and the collaborative endeavour involved in supervision.
Practice description
Offering a supportive style of supervision, I work with compassion and openness with both the client and the supervisee at the heart of the work.
I trained at the Heartwood Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Training, and I have been a supervisor for 4 years.
