Availability
I currently have immediate availability and offer sessions during the day and in the evenings, Monday to Friday. Because I work online, you can join sessions from wherever feels most comfortable for you.
If you’re considering therapy but aren’t sure yet, I offer a free 20‑minute introductory session. It’s a relaxed, no pressure space where you can meet me, ask questions, and get a feel for how we might work together. You’re welcome to use this time to see whether the connection feels right.
I invite new clients to reach out when they feel ready, there’s space here for you, and I aim to make starting therapy as smooth and supportive as possible. If I plan any time away from practice, I will always let you know in advance so we can arrange sessions around it.
About me and my therapy practice
About Me
I qualified as a counsellor in 2017 and began my training with a charitable organisation supporting older adults, where I worked with people navigating loss, life transitions, identity changes, and the emotional challenges that can arise later in life. I also spent time working within a youth counselling service, supporting young people through anxiety, identity, relationships, and the pressures that come with growing up. Alongside this, I trained and worked in drugs and alcohol services, helping individuals explore addiction, recovery, and the complex emotions tied to those experiences. You may be coming to therapy because something feels heavy, confusing, or out of place, or because you are ready to understand yourself more deeply.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in Human Resources, which gave me a deep understanding of people, workplace stress, burnout, relationships, and the stories we carry into our professional lives. Across all of these roles, one thing has remained constant: I am passionate about hearing people’s stories. I don’t believe people are broken. I believe people are doing their best with what they’ve lived through, and sometimes they need a space to pause, breathe, and be heard.
I bring my humanity into the therapy room. I’m warm, grounded, welcoming, and willing to gently challenge when it supports your growth. My aim is to offer a space where you feel safe enough to explore what’s happening in your life, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the change or clarity you’re seeking.
My role is to offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s happening in your life with honesty and compassion.
Practice description
My practice offers a warm, grounded, and human space where adults can explore what’s happening in their lives with honesty and compassion. I work online, which means you can access therapy from wherever you feel most comfortable — whether that’s your home, a quiet room, or a space that feels safe for you.Clients often come to me when they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure of their direction. In our work together, you can expect a steady, welcoming presence and a relationship built on trust, warmth, and gentle challenge. I won’t rush you or push you into anything before you’re ready. Instead, I’ll walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels right.
I work from a Humanistic, Person‑centred approach, grounded in the belief that you already hold the capacity for growth, clarity, and change. Therapy with me is not about being “fixed”; it’s about being understood, supported, and gently encouraged to reconnect with your own inner resources. I also draw on existential ideas, which means we may explore meaning, identity, choice, and the deeper questions that shape your experience.
Clients often describe me as warm, steady, and easy to talk to. I aim to create a relationship where you feel safe enough to be yourself, even in the moments that feel messy or uncertain.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, low self‑esteem, or simply trying to understand yourself more fully, my aim is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to explore what feels important.
My first session
Your first session is a gentle introduction. It’s a chance for you to get a feel for me, ask questions, and explore what brings you to therapy. There’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready. We’ll talk about what you need, what you hope for, and how we might work together. My aim is to help you feel comfortable, grounded, and supported from the very beginning.

To make starting therapy a little easier, I offer a reduced first‑session rate of £40 for a 50‑minute online session. This gives you space to arrive, settle in, and decide whether I’m the right fit for you. Concession rates are also available for students and people on low income.
