About me and my therapy practice
I tailor our sessions to your needs as a client, integrating therapy techniques from a range of approaches including cognitive and psychodynamic within a firmly person-centred ethos.
Practice description
With over 15 years of experience working with a diverse range of clients, I offer both open-ended and brief therapy. My clients frequently comment on how I help put them at ease, and they appreciate my honesty and clarity.
My first session
During our first session, we will discuss what brought you to counselling, what you want to achieve, and how we might work together. I’ll ask questions to understand your situation, your past experiences, and your hopes for the future. If we decide to proceed, we will agree on a number of sessions to start with and schedule regular 50-minute appointments. These can be in-person or online.
