About me and my therapy practice
Hello! I am a Psychosynthesis Counsellor and I can meet clients for weekly counselling sessions at London Bridge (SE1) or Brighton & Hove or online.
I provide a safe and supportive space where you can express your thoughts and feelings. The aim is that you can gain awareness, make conscious choices and bring about lasting change in ways that are suited to you.
I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, grief, low self esteem, relationship issues, family difficulties, parenting support, life changes, self-discovery.
I use integrative therapy, combining different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of the individual. My working method is based on the Psychosynthesis model, a holistic approach to healing, growth and transformation.
I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from the Psychosynthesis Trust in London.
Practice description
After you have contacted me, I offer a 15 minute free phone call so we can talk through what is bringing you to therapy now and you can get an idea of how we will work together.
If you decide to go ahead we will organise our first session in person or online.
