Welcome to my page. I'm a neurodivergent-affirming, accredited, and experienced therapist with a specialism in working with ADHD and Autistic individuals. My training expands to couples and relationship work as an accredited Relate practitioner.

I currently see clients online and offer a flexible appointment system or more structured days and times as required. I see the therapy work as a jointly agreed process where you are an active agent of change. My role is to support the exploration of your identity, including relationships, both historically and now.

I am qualified to a Master's level. I am also registered with the healthcare insurance provider AXA.

My appointments are online via Zoom, and last between 30 (£37.50) and  50 minutes (£75), depending on your specific requirements.

I also hold certification to work with couples. These sessions are 60 minutes (£90).

Before embarking on therapy, I offer a free 15-minute introduction. This is an opportunity to explore whether we are a good fit for future therapy.
