About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified MBACP (Accred) registered integrative psychotherapist offering psychotherapy and counselling with over 17 years of experience, working across private practice, NHS and charitable organisations.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on humanistic, relational, psychodynamic, and existential models of psychotherapy. Alongside this, I offer evidence-based, psychoeducational interventions informed by cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This allows me to support individuals experiencing a wide range of common mental health difficulties, including family issues, low mood, anxiety, and ADHD.

Practice description

At times, we can find ourselves stuck in patterns and routines that once felt familiar but no longer serve us. These experiences can lead to imbalance, emotional distress, and a persistent sense of overwhelm. Life’s challenges can arrive unexpectedly, leaving us feeling as though we are struggling to stay afloat. In response, we may avoid our deepest fears and emotional pain, which can further contribute to confusion and disconnection.

I provide a confidential, supportive space in which we can explore recurring emotional patterns that may feel problematic or unhelpful. Together, we look at how these patterns impact your current lifestyle, relationships, and emotional wellbeing, with the aim of fostering greater self-awareness, resilience, and choice.

My work is centred on helping you reconnect with your authentic self and rediscover a sense of meaning and purpose in your life.

I have extensive experience within the health and social care sector, having worked across crisis support, counselling, and psychotherapy services in both charitable organisations and the NHS. This breadth of experience informs a compassionate, grounded, and clinically informed approach to my practice.

Having lived and travelled internationally, I bring an understanding of both Middle Eastern and European cultures and am deeply committed to integrating cultural awareness and sensitivity into my work. I warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life.

I offer a free Initial consultation lasting between 30-45 mins. This is to ensure psychotherapy feels like the right fit, both personally and therapeutically.
