About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychotherapist and counsellor based in the borough of Kingston. I am committed to providing psychotherapeutic counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and welcoming environment, either online, on the telephone or face to face. I have been trained as a Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist and provide Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
At times, I provide psycho-education to help provide you with understanding about your situation and how you relate to others.
I work with individual adults, young people and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of improving the quality and enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I offer time to listen to you and to talk through your thoughts and feelings about whatever is concerning you at this time. Sometimes people are unable to pinpoint their problem or issue and can feel overwhelmed I provide the opportunity to talk in confidence.
You can contact me by completing the self-referral form on my website, and then we can make a time to discuss your requirements and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

About me and my therapy practice
I provide Transactional Analysis, Supervision, but with an added integrated approach due to my training and background in working with Developmental Attachment styles.
As my background was a Lecturer with the Open University, I can provide additional support in academic writing and support students in their written submissions.
I have worked for two National charities, one working with parents of children with mental health difficulties and the other managing people in crisis mainly with suicide ideation and self harming. This background helps me to work with supervisees who are both assessing and managing risks with their clients.
I currently supervise Counselors and Psychotherapists at a Woman's Centre and from Universities in South West London
Practice description
I have a relational approach with supervisees, seeing the balance of working with them as professional colleagues whilst supporting them with managing risk, safeguarding and contracting.
I feel it is important that supervisees feel supported and provide regular sessions, both in groups and one to one sessions.
My first session
The first session will be an assessment session to see if we can work together- what are your wants and needs. Also to clarify what are the requirements of your training institution - if that is relevant.
