About me and my therapy practice
I qualified as a therapist in 2012. I am trained in Person Centred Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and often integrate both modalities. I currently work in the NHS in HIV and Chronic Fatigue services and have a small private practice.
I have also practiced in the Charitable and Voluntary sector in a range of services supporting LGBTQ+ people, Refugees and Asylum Seekers, Sex Workers and People diagnosed or affected by Cancer.
I have an interest in working with Grief and Trauma in addition to work with people from marginalised groups or communities.
Practice description
Choosing the right supervisor is crucial—much like picking the right therapist. You need someone you can trust, who makes you feel comfortable, and who will support your professional growth and celebrate your achievements.
With experience in various settings, my strengths lie in supporting individuals from stigmatised and marginalised groups, supporting clients with long-term and life-limiting conditions, those dealing with bereavement and trauma, and in managing risk in practice.
✨ Think I might be a good fit? Let's talk.
