I'm Kasia Cole, a trauma and relationship psychotherapist, the founder and coach behind Balance Psychotherapy, and an academic with a passion for simplifying mental health.
Mental health doesn't have to be complicated, but it needs to be effective. At Balance Psych, I believe in finding the right approach for you – a therapy that's tailored to your unique needs: I use a range of powerful techniques, combining traditional therapy with therapeutic mindfulness, emotional processing tools, such as tapping and EMDR.

Sessions are conducted via and face-to-face in Ruislip and Kensington.
For online sessions the clinic uses the Telehealth system that allows you to connect via secure video calls inside your web browser. It’s end-to-end encrypted and specifically designed for use in clinical settings. It is ISO 27001 certified.
