About me and my therapy practice
I am a Trauma informed Integrative Counsellor with sixteen years experience in counselling and supporting woman of all ages who are highly sensitive, or have undiagnosed or diagnosed ADHD, health conditions, fatigue, anxiety, depression and burn out.
As an ADHD woman myself I know first-hand that standard therapy can sometimes struggle to help neurodivergent brains, while standard coaching may ignore the deep emotional trauma of a lifetime of hyper independence and masking. I offer a dual-lens approach looking at you as a whole person. I individualise the way I work depending on your needs.
There are times when we need a private dedicated space to be able to share how we are feeling, we can then slow down the internal or external busyness. We are then able to reflect and process what’s happening in our life now, or difficulties we have experienced in our past.
We are the only ones who know what it is like to of walked our own paths, and know how it feels to be us. This is why counselling can help. It offers a non-judgmental space that centres entirely on you. I truly believe only one a person is heard can a person begin to heal.
