About me and my therapy practice
To get the most out of therapy it is crucial that you feel safe, supported, and comfortable sharing whatever is on your mind. It's about giving you a forum where you can do just that whilst being listened to, without judgement or disruption, which sometimes doesn't happen in our everyday lives.
My clinical experience began 9 years ago at the Sangam Centre and CPPD's Counselling facility in North London, where I helped a diverse client base with their psychological well-being, and I've been running my own practice for 6 years.
The approach that I use is integrative, which means that I draw upon different approaches such as CBT, humanistic and psychodynamic, which may involve exploring links between the past and the present to help you make the decisions that are right for you.
My specialities include anxiety, depression, bereavement and relationship issues.
Concessionary fees available to keyworkers, students and OAPs.
