About me and my therapy practice

Perhaps you have spent years feeling like you are too much, not enough or simply different from those around you.

If you would like someone to listen to you and help you find ways to manage your emotional issues such as depression, relationships, anxiety, bereavement, school difficulty/refusal, grief, trauma or everday life struggles we can process this together.

I specialise in Neurodiversity within my practise for Autism, Sensory Processing, Dyslexia and ADHD clients. I work with clients that have been diagnosed and those that would like to explore how their brains work. I have been through the process and diagnosed with ADHD and I support my child who is diagnosed with Autism and Dyslexia. I have studied an accredited coaching course to develop my knowledge on a deeper level.

Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or misunderstood. They may be masking, struggling with sensory overwhelm or executive function challenges due to neurodiveristy or dealing with ongoing trauma that they have experinced in their life. My approach is affirming, trauma informed and grounded in deep respect for neurodiversity.

I work with young people and adults in private practise situated in Aylesbury and Thame. As an integrative counsellor I use different theoretical models as appropriate to each individual's needs, which enables me to work with clients short and long term.

My experience has included working with young people in schools/ university or simply unable to deal with the school or education system and refuse to go to school.  This work has included working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, loss and bullying or SEN.

I work with couples and individuals experincing difficulties within their relationships this could include challenges with communication, intimacy, differing needs, parenting, life changes or simply feeling you have lost your connection to one another.
