Availability
I currently have availability for new clients and would be pleased to welcome you into my online practice.
I offer 50-minute sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with daytime appointments available. I have live availability and booking/cancelling/rescheduling available on my website, so no need for an email back-and-forth to book a session.
If I am unable to respond immediately, I always provide an out-of-office reply so you know when to expect a response. I aim to reply to all enquiries as promptly as possible.
If you have any questions about availability or scheduling, you’re very welcome to reach out — I’m here to help.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced and BACP-accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor, offering online therapy for adults seeking a confidential space to explore life’s challenges. With a foundation in several well-established therapeutic models — including cognitive behavioural, existential, person-centred, humanistic and solution-focused approaches — I tailor the way we work together to what feels most helpful for you.
My practice is grounded in the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all way of working. Instead, I draw on a blend of theory, clinical experience and my own personal journey to support you safely and compassionately through what you’re facing. I strive to make sessions a space where you feel heard, understood and respected, and where you can reflect on your feelings, thoughts and patterns with clarity and depth.
I know that bringing emotional pain into focus can feel daunting; yet meaningful change often begins when we take time to look closely at what matters to us. Whether you are dealing with complex, long-standing concerns or more recent difficulties, I work collaboratively with you so that you can gain insight, build understanding and live more fully in alignment with your values.
All sessions are offered online, giving you flexibility to attend therapy from wherever you feel most comfortable. I work hard to create a warm and supportive environment where we can develop a rhythm of work that fits your life and needs, helping you move toward your goals.
Practice description
Before becoming a therapist, I had a long corporate career in IT, which gives me a grounded, relatable perspective on the stresses people face in work, life transitions, relationships and personal identity. After completing my counselling training and professional development, I ran a successful face-to-face and online practice in Bristol before transitioning to exclusively online working in 2018.
I offer confidential and ethical support that honours your unique history, values and goals. Together, we can explore patterns, build insight, and identify ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more supportive and empowering. My style is warm, respectful and tailored to you — whether you’re seeking support through a difficult period, navigating change, or looking to deepen your self-understanding.
