About me and my therapy practice
Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially when you’re managing health and anxiety concerns, navigating a major life transition, or struggling with recurring emotional patterns that leave you feeling stuck.
Many people find that seeking support becomes a meaningful step toward understanding themselves and feeling more in control of their lives.
I offer online therapy and face to face work for adults experiencing difficulties such as long term health issues, anxiety, stress, loss, eating and body issues, relationship challenges, low self esteem, burnout, and the impact of past experiences.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, caught in familiar cycles, or unsure how to move forward, therapy provides a confidential space to make sense of what’s happening and explore new possibilities.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Psychodynamic and Humanistic modalities, and I also draw on more creative and exploratory ways of working where helpful.
I aim to create a safe, non judgmental, and anti oppressive environment in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Together, we work collaboratively to understand your inner world, uncover patterns, and support meaningful change.
I offer both short term and long term therapy, depending on your needs and the depth of the work you’d like to undertake.
