About me and my therapy practice

I have worked with individuals for over ten years, and offer a wealth of experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships and other emotional difficulties.

I qualified as a Psychodynamic Counsellor/Psychotherapist in 2011, and have since embraced a range of other valued approaches into my practice.

I have worked in the NHS in a Psychosomatic Medicine Unit, the legal sector, in the City, a charitable organisation, within a university counselling service, and in private practice.

In my private practice I work from a pleasant consulting room off Shoreditch High Street. I can also offer virtual and telephone sessions.

My approach is warm, welcoming and non-judgemental. I work sensitively and gently at the pace set by the client, whether long-term open ended, or short-term solution focussed.
