About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in working with adults and young people living with the effects of the trauma of childhood sexual abuse, rape, sexual assault, narcissistic and domestic abuse, and clients who are neurodivergent.
You may be living with symptoms of CPTSD including overwhelming anxiety, depression, flashbacks, nightmares, panic attacks, self-harm, addictions and suicidal thoughts. Sometimes you might feel as though you don't know who you are or that you have no worth.
I can also work with you if you've experienced other types of traumas or if you're feeling paralysed or overwhelmed by your emotions or having difficulty coping with everyday life and you don't know the reason why and you don't know how to make a change.
The psychotherapy I offer is Emotion-Focused. Working with the emotions arising from trauma can help you to start making sense of the effect that it is having on your life. As well as talking about how you've been affected emotionally I can work with you on strategies that can help to minimise the anxiety of dealing with life whilst feeling overwhelmed.
If you've reached the point where you've had enough and you can't cope with how you're feeling, whatever the reason, contact me and we can work together for you to start to make a change.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer supervision to trainee and experienced psychotherapists and counsellors. I am an accredited psychotherapist whose practice is grounded in Emotion-Focused Therapy, with person-centred, Gestalt, Focusing, existential and phenomenological foundations.
My clinical work includes trauma in its many forms, including experiences of sexual, emotional, physical, narcissistic and domestic abuse, rape and sexual assault, as well as CPTSD, anxiety, depression, bereavement and work-related stress. My additional training includes Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories, RTM. I work inclusively with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent people and with people from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds. I recognise how class-based inequality, sexism, discrimination related to sexuality and gender identity, racism and other forms of discrimination and exclusion can shape people’s lives and their experiences of therapy.
My supervision is grounded in the belief that self-awareness is central to effective therapeutic work. I offer a setting where you can reflect openly and honestly on your practice, including feelings that arise in response to your clients’ presenting issues and the wider dynamics of the therapeutic relationship. We can consider how your personal responses, assumptions and areas of uncertainty may inform your work, while developing confidence, authenticity and clinical awareness.
Practice description
My supervision fee is £70 per hour. Sessions are usually 90 minutes (£105), but session length and frequency can be agreed according to the supervisee’s individual needs and professional or training requirements.
I offer supervision sessions online only.
