I work Monday to Friday, including some evenings (Monday and Thursday).
All of my work is online, including trauma therapy, so you can access this help from the comfort of your own home.
About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling to cope, feeling lost or stuck? Do you find that experiences from your past are impacting on you - that old beliefs and behaviours are holding you back? Maybe you struggle with feeling 'not good enough', 'unloveable' or 'too much'. Many of my clients have adapted in the most difficult of circumstances and feel stuck and lonely in their lives. If you want to make changes in your life and need compassionate support as you move from surviving to thriving, I can help. I offer both short and longer term therapy online. I am Accredited with the BACP and EMDR UK and Europe (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). I specialise in helping clients recover from trauma, including PTSD and c-PTSD, and addictions.
I can help you to; • Heal from past traumas using NHS approved therapies - EMDR and Trauma-Focussed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy • Work on behaviours or ways of relating to others that cause you problems. • Recover from use of unhealthy coping strategies (addictive behaviours or substance misuse) • Improve self-confidence and move towards achieving your goals.
If you are struggling to overcome blocks and reach your goals, we can use EMDR-informed coaching to help you push through.

Practice description
I offer a warm, grounded safe space for you to bring your deepest fears and feel confident that you will be met with care and compassion.
I understand how it is to re-build a life from trauma, when the world around you does not feel safe. We will work together so that you can understand and trust yourself and truly believe that life can and will be good for you too.
My first session
Our first session will be about getting to know each other. You may have specific goals that you have in mind, but if not we can figure this out together. You can share as much as you wish to in this session, I know that it can be hard to trust if you have experienced abuse or trauma.
We will always work at a pace and a depth that feels right for you.
