About me and my therapy practice
Do you find yourself feeling anxious, low, or uncertain about who you are or where you’re going? Maybe social situations feel harder than they used to, or you’ve started to notice you’re not as connected to yourself—or others—as you once were. These experiences can be unsettling, but they can also be important signals. Often, our emotional pain points to something deeper—unseen patterns, early experiences, or internal conflicts that are asking to be explored and understood.
Reaching out for help isn’t easy. It’s common to question whether this is the right time, the right therapist, or whether your struggles are “serious enough” to bring to therapy. But even asking those questions shows a readiness to begin. You don’t need to have it all figured out. In fact, therapy offers the space to not know—and to discover.
In our work together, we can begin to unpack what you’ve been carrying, sometimes for years. Whether it's feelings of shame, grief, self-doubt, or simply the sense that something isn’t quite right, this is a space where we can gently explore your internal world. Not just to find relief—but to understand yourself more deeply, more compassionately, and with greater clarity.
If you feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can offer a different kind of opportunity. It’s not about quick fixes—it’s about meaningful change that comes from insight, reflection, and relationship.
If something in you is stirring—even a small part that wonders what might be possible—I encourage you to reach out. You don’t have to commit to anything right away. A first conversation is just that: a chance to connect, to ask questions, and to see if this feels like the right space for you. And from there, we can begin to explore what healing might look like—together.
