About me and my therapy practice

Experienced counsellor coach and mentor.

Practise based on Adlerian principles, informed by a varied 'toolbox'. works towards greater insight and understanding into whatever blocking your route to achieving your potential.

Anxiety, depression, relationship problems, confidence and addiction addressed. Non-judgemental, safe and caring support to facilitate change you are willing to work towards at the pace you need.

Equality and encouragement is at the heart of my practise.

Practice description

After an initial call at an agreed time to ascertain what you hope for from counselling, and if we feel we could work together, we will arrange regular contact at a time we can both agree to.

Sessions will be 50 minutes with 10 for admin etc. in an agreed venue or online or by phone.

24 hours notice is required for cancellation; under 24 hours the full rate may be payable.

My first session

I work with you to form a picture of you via a basic assessment from which we work.
