About me and my therapy practice
My way of working involves a blend of various approaches to counselling meaning that I am able to meet the needs of each individual client that I work with. I strongly believe that every person’s experience of therapy should, like you, be unique. I have experience of working therapeutically with people who bring a broad range of personal difficulties within a variety of settings and organisations.
It is my aim to provide you with a space that is safe, confidential and free of judgement, so that you are able to take time away from the stresses and pressures of life to freely explore whatever is troubling you.
My areas of specialism include anxiety, trauma (including all forms of abuse), depression, relationship-related difficulties, (individually & working with couples) & supporting members of the LGBTQ + community . I also have experience working with personality disorders, such as narcissistic personality disorder, and supporting individuals who have been affected by narcissistic relationships.
Please note: This is not an exhaustive list of areas in which I can provide support - all enquiries are welcome. Feel free to discuss your reasons for seeking support with me directly.
Each session will last 50 minutes, typically meeting on a weekly basis, with the view that this can be flexible depending on your circumstances. i work in an open ended way, meaning that we are not limited to a set number of sessions.
If you have any further questions or would like to discuss making an appointment, please do not hesitate to contact me. Please be assured that all communication is treated with the strictest of confidence.
further information about me and the services I offer are also available to view on my website, if you would like to like to find out more.

About me and my therapy practice
In my supervision sessions, I work with an integrative approach ,drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches including Person-Centred Therapy, EFIT. (Emotionally focused individual therapy) Transactional Analysis, and elements of Psychodynamic theory.
My aim is to offer you a safe, supportive, and reflective space where we can explore your clinical work and thoughtfully work through any challenges that arise. I aim to create a rich and thoughtful supervision space that supports both clinical development and personal awareness.
I approach supervision in a collaborative and relational way, encouraging openness, honest reflection, and curiosity. I adapt my approach to meet you where you are. I am happy to work with both trainee and qualified therapists.
have been working as a counsellor/psychotherapist since 2018 and have experience across a range of settings, including the charity sector, education, employee assistance programmes, and private practice.
In short-term work, I tend to work in a more focused and practical way, supporting clients to develop emotional regulation skills and effective coping strategies.
Alongside this, I also work relationally using Person-Centred and EFIT ( Emotionally Focused individual Therapy) approaches. These models focus on the “here and now” of the therapeutic relationship and are best suited to longer-term work. I support clients in exploring their experiences through awareness of body sensations, thoughts, feelings, and emotions, helping them to make sense of what is happening for them and find a way forward that feels authentic and manageable.
