I offer a safe, comfortable space where you can talk about things that may have felt too painful or difficult to share before 💬💛

I listen with empathy and without judgment, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace 🌱

Together, we’ll look at your past and present to understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences shaping your life today 🪞

Sometimes this means reconnecting with your deeper self — through dreams, art, writing, or personal storytelling 🎨✍️✨

I may suggest gentle explorative exercises, like connecting with your inner child 💕 or reflecting on your own hero’s journey 🌄

When it feels helpful, I draw on approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to help you shift unhelpful thoughts 💭, manage shame 💫, and build healthier emotional responses 💪

Because emotions live in the body too 🫶, we might include somatic practices — like guided meditation 🧘‍♀️ or grounding exercises 🌾 — to help you feel calm, steady, and connected.

If you’re healing from trauma 💔, I’ll support you in understanding your body’s natural responses (fight, flight, freeze, or collapse) and finding ways to meet them with compassion and balance 💗

I’ll also help you clarify your needs, strengthen self-care 🌼, and create habits that support a more balanced, fulfilling life 🌞

And if you’re living with ADHD or autism 🧠, we’ll work together to find strategies that fit your unique way of thinking, focusing, and thriving 🌈
