About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychodynamic counsellor with specialism in bereavement counselling, substance misuse & domestic violence. I am also an experienced group worker and applied theatre practitioner.

Practice description

I work from a strengths based motivational position.

My background has been in criminal justice: working for many years with perpetrators and survivors of domestic violence. I have also worked extensively with long term unemployed people and those with addiction challenges. In addition I am experienced in working with bereavement.

I work to support all clients in achieving a flourishing life.
