Availability
I have new availability for online and in-person regular weekly therapy sessions at 55 Gower Street on Wednesday - Friday.
If you would like to contact me, we can discuss scheduling an initial consultation at a mutually convenient time.
About me and my therapy practice
I am qualified and experienced working with adult individuals and couples, including in online therapy, and I can help to advise if you are unsure about whether to begin individual therapy or couples counselling.
In my private practice, I offer regular weekly sessions (50 minutes) - online or in-person at my consulting room on 55 Gower Street in London ((WC1E 6HJ).
There are many reasons for seeking therapy. You may need a safe space to work through a specific problem or sudden change in your personal life or in a significant relationship. Or you may be concerned with difficult dynamics or destructive patterns and their impact upon your personal well-being and upon the quality of your relationships.
Each individual and couple is unique and so is the purpose of each therapy. Therefore I recommend one or more initial consultations for us to discuss together your particular concerns and the kind of support you may need at this time. With my expertise and training in counselling and psychotherapy, I can help you address a wide range of issues that may affect how you deal with life's challenges and opportunities, in yourself and in your relationships.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy for couples, individual partners and singles with diverse social and cultural experiences and perspectives.
I completed my specialist training at Tavistock Relationships, a unit of the Tavistock Institute of Medical Psychology and an internationally recognised centre for couples counselling and psychotherapy, training and research, where I have also been working as faculty staff in the training department and as senior visiting clinician in the general clinical service, as well as in specialist services (e.g., Parenting Consultation Team, Separation and Divorce). I also bring my experience as a visiting lecturer and clinical supervisor to my work with adult individuals and couples.
Practice description
ONLINE OR IN PERSON
I work with adult individuals or couples in my online clinic and in my consulting room at 55 Gower Street London (WC1E 6HJ). Depending on your situation, the initial consultation and regular sessions will be either online or in person.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to meet and talk about your concerns, whether as an individual or a couple. It will also allow us to think together about whether you will find therapy useful, in view of your emotional and psychological needs, as well as more practical considerations.
For Individual Therapy: I recommend one initial consultation, with the possibility of a follow-up consultation if indicated.
For Couples Counselling: I offer to meet with couples for up to three initial consultations to allow more time and space for each of you, individually and together, to discuss your concerns.
SESSIONS
Sessions are 50 minutes and we meet once-weekly at a fixed time to be agreed together.
In sessions, we will attend to the issues and concerns that you wish to discuss, at your own pace. Whether you come to your sessions on your own or with a partner, we will work together to understand what feels difficult or disappointing and to seek more creative ways forward.

My fees reflect my specialist training and experience in working with individuals and couples. Please contact me to discuss them further.
