Availability
I currently have availability for online sessions Monday - Friday daytimes and some slightly more limited but possible evening / after work session slots.
I'll always do my best to accommodate a day / time which works best for you and try to be very flexible around schedules and frequency of sessions if and when possible. I understand that life, work and commitments need flexible consideration when it comes to regular therapy sessions!
About me and my therapy practice
You may be considering therapy because something doesn’t feel quite right — perhaps you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in mood, or finding it difficult to make sense of your thoughts and feelings.
For some people, this shows up as overthinking, feeling on edge, or struggling with self-doubt. For others, it may relate to relationships — noticing patterns that repeat, finding closeness difficult, or feeling unsure of yourself with others.
You may also be coming to therapy following a specific experience, such as bereavement, miscarriage, trauma, or the impact of abuse or violence. Whatever has brought you here, we can begin to explore it together.
I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly and be listened to without judgement. My approach is relational and reflective, which means we will not only look at what is happening now, but also gently explore the underlying patterns and experiences that may be shaping how you feel.
I am an experienced, Integrative, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor working in the Windsor, Maidenhead and London areas and part of the Hatch Group of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I am also a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Practice description
Therapy can support you to:
Better understand your thoughts and feelings
Make sense of past and present experiences
Recognise and shift unhelpful patterns
Feel more grounded and less overwhelmed
I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma and loss, and tailor my approach to each individual.
I currently offer online counselling to clients across the UK.
My first session
I offer a free initial consultation, giving us a chance to briefly discuss what’s bringing you to therapy and whether I might be the right fit for you.
An full, 50 minute online introductory session is priced at £45, then if you decide to continue to more regular sessions they are £60 each and I offer a small discount when booked as a group of 6 or 12 (£342 for 6).
The introduction session is a chance to meet, discuss the process in more detail, make a plan for how best we might work together and for you to have a more in depth opportunity to share what has brought you to therapy. There is no form filling, and no obligation to continue to regular sessions unless you feel comfortable to do so.
