About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or food and body image issues? Or perhaps you’re a parent concerned about your teenager’s emotional well-being or relationship with food? Whatever challenges you or your loved one may be facing, I’m here to offer support.

I’m a BACP-registered counsellor and clinical supervisor, offering online therapy for adults and teenagers. My approach is warm, empathetic, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can work through difficult emotions, gain clarity, and develop tools to feel more confident and in control.

I can help with:

- Anxiety, stress, and low mood

- Disordered eating, body image concerns, and self-esteem

- Life transitions, such as moving abroad or coping with loss

- Family, friendship, and romantic relationship challenges

For both adults and teens, I incorporate practical tools like mindfulness techniques, reflective exercises, and grounding practices to help manage overwhelming emotions and build emotional resilience.

Practice description

What to Expect

I use an integrative approach, combining person-centred therapy, mindfulness, and CBT techniques to suit your individual needs. Depending on your goals, sessions might include:

- Talking therapy to explore patterns and feelings

- Grounding and mindfulness exercises to help regulate emotions

- Reflective practices to uncover new insights and foster personal growth

- Practical, step-by-step strategies to create meaningful change

I aim to make therapy approachable and engaging for adults and teens alike. Through providing a supportive environment to work through complex emotions and life challenges, therapy can be a truly empowering process.

About Me

Since 2017, I have been supporting adults and teens as a counsellor in schools, universities and private practice. I am also a clinical supervisor, supporting other professionals with their therapy practice. My specialist training in eating disorders enables me to offer compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals struggling with disordered eating or body image issues. I have a strong interest in research, with a background in Psychology (BSc, MSc), and I use evidence-based approaches to inform my work with clients.

Having navigated significant life changes myself, I bring both personal empathy and professional insight to my work with clients facing transitions, identity shifts and eating struggles. Outside of therapy, I enjoy practising and teaching yoga and mindfulness, which inspire many of the techniques I share with clients.

About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I'm Pippa. If you're looking for counselling supervision for your creative child and adolescent work, whether in-person or online, you've come to the right place.

Choosing the right supervisor is crucial. It's not just about finding any supervisor but finding the one who supports your needs, helps you grow your edges, and enhances your practice to better serve your clients.

I believe that finding a supervisor is like finding the right puzzle piece; it helps make sense of complexity, brings in a fresh perspective and feels like a comfortable fit.
