About me and my therapy practice

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, specialising in sex and relationships therapy. I am an accredited member of the BACP and have an advanced accreditation in gender, sexual and relationship diversity awarded by Pink Therapy.

I provide a space for couples in which both partners can feel seen, heard and validated.

Together, we can gently explore the dynamics between you, bringing curiosity to how early relationships, attachment and past experiences shape the way you relate to one another, and developing compassion for the younger parts of you that get caught up in your adult relationship.

Through this work, you can expand your understanding of yourselves and each other, deepen intimacy and develop practical strategies to manage triggers.

I welcome clients of all genders, sexual orientations and relationship structures, including those practising non-monogamy and kink. I take an affirmative approach and work with many neurodivergent clients, recognising the ways neurodiversity can shape people's experiences of themselves and their relationships.

I have worked in sex and relationships for over 18 years, in service delivery and management roles across the voluntary and private sectors and the NHS. I design resources and deliver training using the IFS framework to address issues around sex and sexuality.

My first session

In our assessment, we will explore together what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to get from the process. I will tell you more about how I work and answer any questions you have. We will then reflect on whether it is appropriate for us to work together.
