About me and my therapy practice

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with a difficult past or a challenging time in your life, you do not have to go through it alone.

I am a BACP-accredited integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with extensive experience across NHS, third-sector, and private practice settings. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard, without judgement.

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic methods—including person-centred counselling, systemic family therapy, CBT, and creative and somatic approaches—to suit you as an individual.

I have particular expertise in grief, loss, and bereavement, including perinatal loss, infertility, reproductive trauma, and pregnancy after loss (Rainbow Baby pregnancies). I understand how deeply these experiences can affect emotional wellbeing, identity, and relationships, and I offer sensitive, informed support to help you process and cope. I also work extensively with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My clinical experience includes working in private practice since 2018, supporting clients with grief, bereavement, perinatal loss, infertility, trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse, body image, sexuality, and relationship difficulties. I previously worked within hospital settings at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust as a bereavement counsellor, supporting individuals and families through perinatal loss, sudden and traumatic death, anticipatory grief, and complex bereavement.

I also have experience as a school and student counsellor in both secondary schools and university settings, as well as a family support worker supporting safeguarding and at-risk families.

Above all, I aim to provide a compassionate, thoughtful space where you can begin to make sense of your experiences and find a way forward that feels right for you.

I am registered with AXA, WPA and Vitality Health as a provider.
